Background: Sara, an interior architect from Germany, was looking for a partner who could OEM the acoustic panels in the design project. However, some designs in the project do not meet the low MOQ standard, and it is difficult to find OEM partners who can develop and manufacture. Here’s how Qihao’s team helped her make it happen.

I first contacted Sara a week before Thanksgiving and learned through communication that she is currently carrying out an acoustic upgrade project for a local kindergarten. The factory produces according to the design draft, and indicates in the contract that during the cooperation period, the cutting processing fee will not be individually increased.
Two weeks later, Sara identified the acoustic panels needed for the entire project, as well as the design of the new additions. After the price and delivery time are determined, both parties sign a contract and a non-disclosure agreement.
During the period, Sara told us that she was in contact with two other factories at the same time, and both wanted Sara to change the design because the custom-shaped acoustic panels in the drawings could not meet the minimum order quantity. Although their prices are favorable, Sara hopes to show more of her original designs in the project to enhance her competitiveness.
